Mr. Quraishi is the Program Director of DHSA/The Killid Group. His expertise are in program management, projects design and implementation, monitoring and evaluation, academic research and research methodology, workforce development, institutional and strategic planning, community mobilization and managing field operations and University system management. In his tenure, Mr. Quraishi has received numerous awards for his outstanding leadership skills and project management skills. He was also awarded a six months scholarship program by the University of Massachusetts in the United States to enhance his skills in Education Leadership/International relations. He designed and facilitated a number of exchange programs for university lecturers and Afghan scholars in the United States, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines.

Anna Correia de Sá is the founder of GEPAN with years of programme management experience in both the non-profit and public sectors, as well as international organisations. She is the recipient of the 2019 Influential Women Leaders Award and a member of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Guyana. Anna has worked on issues ranging from human and indigenous peoples’ land rights, gender equality, and sustainable forest governance. In her spare time, she has also produced several publications which broach development challenges currently faced in Guyana.

Cheryl has worked with the United Nations, Oxfam, the Obama Foundation, and South African Government. Cheryl is ICF certified Leadership Coach and serves as an Associate at Womaniko, which is committed to transforming spaces for women, including the workplace, and a contributor on the publication - There is more us - Stories of Women's Authenticity in the Workplace. Cheryl is the co-author of The Treasure Within and authored a self-help compendium called Catapult.

Dr. Vanegas Sáenz is the Vice President and Co-founder of FOCO, a non profit organization based in Nicaragua that aims to provide dental services to the low-income people of Nicaraguan communities through primary oral health care programs, to improve their quality of life; and to date, FOCO has organized several Dental Care Days in many communities of Nicaragua, held with own resources and the support of many volunteers. Dr. Vanegas Sáenz has a modest history of working in community dentistry, dental education and dental private practice. Now with a 10 year experience, he is a strong professional who obtained his Dental Degree from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Nicaragua, has a Master Degree in Higher Education from Universidad Jean Jacques Rousseau, and he is a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) focused in Advance Prosthetic Dentistry from Tohoku University, Japan. He is skilled in Dentistry, Esthetic Dentistry, Prosthetic Dentistry, Dental Implants, Clinical Research, Biomaterials Research, Healthcare Management and Community Dentistry. Nowadays he is committed to grow their non-profit organization to continue the work of providing oral health care and giving away smiles to many children and adults of poor communities in Nicaragua.

Lee Pliscou has been the Executive Director of Micronesian Legal Services Corporation since 2012. Before coming to MLSC, since 1987, he worked with legal aid throughout California. His work in legal services provided him the opportunity to have been selected as one of the top ten trial attorneys in the U.S. by Trial Lawyers for Public Justice. Mid-career, Lee took a break from legal services and was in private practice in Los Angeles for a year, long enough to make enough money that he and his wife could squander four years on a small boat visiting remote islands in the Pacific, Indian, and Atlantic oceans. The experience of spending time in small island communities has shaped his views about justice, and power, and wealth and poverty, which continue to sustain and inspire his work.
